Absolutely fantastic and perfect hotel with outstandingly accommodating staff on the reception desk, greatly enjoyed our staying. Our room had a big bed and a particularly nice view. Its location was very central, near A 450 - ft - High Observation Tower.

Everything was perfect, so were nice views of the pool and out to the beach. The venue was set in the very central position next to a quiet beach and from airport, and shopping centres nearby. And it's relatively near Jaipur of India, ate there once or twice.

This was a high quality and well-organized hotel with a very central location in a lovely area. I tried some drinks at gastropub Mercat Bar, located 10 minutes walk away.
The bed was a bit hard, that's sad thing.

The location for Puerto del Carmen was absolutely perfect, next to the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, the city center, and taxi about €5 or the bus even less. We loved staying 10 nights here. The hotel was reasonably clean and nicely designed, had stunning views of the pool and out towards the sea. It was in a very central location, in the quieter part of Porta Del Carmon with pleasant easy walks through the more commercialised areas. Spent our evenings in nearby Alba Dreams Bar enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

When we visit Puerto del Carmen, like staying here. Perfectly clean and 1st class place, has incredible views of the sea. The hotel is in the very central location in a lovely area. You can relax at Alba Dreams Bar, located nearby. The rooms are a nice size and newly renovated with good sized beds. Extremely helpful and top-class staff from the cleaners to the managers, everything is really good.
